The ninth edition, and the one that names cold storage owners as an audience rather than only equipment buyers. Weighted towards pharma, dairy and seafood cold chain, so a potato store owner will find the refrigeration and power halls useful and can skip most of the rest.

REFCOLD India

Agriculture College Ground · organised by ISHRAE Trade Fairs

The closest thing India has to a cold store owner’s show. Refrigeration and cold chain are the subject rather than a hall within something larger, and it moves city each year, which is how a Pune edition ends up within reach of people a Delhi edition does not.

India Expo Mart (IEML) · organised by ISHRAE Trade Fairs

The largest of the three by a distance, but it is an HVACR show: most of the floor is air conditioning for buildings. Worth the trip if you are specifying plant or comparing compressor suppliers, and easy to reach from western Uttar Pradesh.

All India Cold Chain Seminar & Expo (AICCS)

Bombay Exhibition Centre · organised by AICCS

Bills itself as a dedicated cold storage event and pairs a seminar programme with the floor, which suits an owner more than a pure equipment hall does. We have not been able to confirm the dates with the organiser, so check before booking anything.

Which one, if you can only go to one

If you run a potato store in Uttar Pradesh and have three days a year for this, spend them at REFCOLD. Refrigeration and cold chain are the whole subject rather than one hall inside a building-services show, and the exhibitor list is people who sell to stores like yours. ACREX is the bigger event and the easier journey from Agra or Aligarh, but most of that floor is air conditioning for offices. Go there when you are specifying plant and want four compressor suppliers in one room.
