The largest of the three by a distance, but it is an HVACR show: most of the floor is air conditioning for buildings. Worth the trip if you are specifying plant or comparing compressor suppliers, and easy to reach from western Uttar Pradesh.

Worth your day
- Compressors and condensing units — the largest gathering of suppliers in one room in India.
- Energy efficiency, which on a cold store is the whole operating cost.
- Controls and building automation, borrowed from a different industry but applicable.
Walk past
- Comfort air conditioning, ducting, chillers for offices and most of the IAQ section — which between them are the majority of the floor.
Getting there
The easiest of the four from the potato belt: Greater Noida is a road journey from Agra, Aligarh or Hathras, and you can do it without a flight or a hotel if you leave early.

- No. ACREX is an HVACR show — heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration — and most of the floor is air conditioning for buildings. Refrigeration is a section within it. Go when you are specifying plant and want several compressor suppliers in one room, not for a survey of cold storage.
- Can I reach ACREX from Agra without flying?
- Yes. Greater Noida is a road journey from Agra, Aligarh, Hathras or Mathura, which makes ACREX the cheapest of the major shows to attend from western Uttar Pradesh.
